These terms apply to all relationships between service users (both members and non-members) and Philly Fighting Covid. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) related to the use of each service provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as “our service”).
Article 1 (Definitions)

Article 4 (Obligations and Consent of Service Users)

3. If the Company determines that a person falls under any of the preceding paragraph or Article 7 and is inappropriate as a member, the Company may not approve the membership registration. 4. Members must register one email address that can receive emails and keep it in a state where it can send and receive emails until they cancel their membership. If the Company determines that the email address is not functioning, the member’s registration may be cancelled, and the member agrees that the Company shall not bear any responsibility for such cancellation.
5. The Company will deliver advertisements, e-mail magazines, information on the Company’s services, and other information to members by email. Members are obligated to receive emails that the Company considers to be mandatory for reception.
Emails from the Company shall be deemed to have been received by the member at the time they should normally be received.
6. If there is a change in the registered information, the member shall promptly change the information in accordance with the method specified by the Company, and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the member due to failure to make changes to the registration.
7. The service user agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the member as a result of using the Service (including transactions between the service user and the advertiser), except for reasons attributable to the Company.
8. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided by the Service, and the Service User agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the Service User as a result of such information.
9. Members agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any accidents, such as delays, loss, theft, damage, or breakage, that occur during delivery after the Company has sent the prize to the winner in the “prize contest organized by the Company” of the Service. However, the Company shall make necessary investigations and contact with the company entrusted with delivery, and shall endeavor to ensure that the prize reaches the winner.
Article 5 (Password Management)
1. Members shall be responsible for the management of the password lent by the Company and shall not cause any damage to the Company.
2. Members shall be responsible for any damages caused by insufficient management of the password, errors in use, use by a third party, etc., and the Company shall not be held liable in any way. 3. Members shall not allow
other registered users or third parties to use the password, or lend, transfer, buy, sell, pawn, etc. the password.
4. If there is no evidence of password use (logging in to My Page) for a certain period of time, or if an emergency response is required due to reasons such as violation of the law or public order and morals, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel the membership registration of the member.
However, even if the member is unable to use the Service and damage occurs as a result of this action by the Company, the Company shall not be held liable.
5. The member shall be fully liable for any services used by the member using the password loaned to him/her, and if this causes damage or payment obligations to the Company, himself/herself, other members, or third parties, the member shall pay all such debts or resolve them himself/herself.
Article 6 (Withdrawal)
1. Members may freely withdraw
from the Service at any time by following the procedures specified by the Company. 2. When a member withdraws from the Service, he/she will lose all points, rights, and privileges related to the Service.
3. The member acknowledges that even after the withdrawal procedure is completed, emails sent by the Company may be received for several days due to the Company’s technical or operational reasons.
Article 7 (Prohibitions)
1. When using the Service, Service Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:
2. If a member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel the member’s membership without prior notice to the member. The member agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the member as a result of this.
3. If the Company or a third party suffers damages as a result of the service user falling under any of the following items, the service user shall compensate the Company or a third party for the damages suffered.
[1] Submitting false registration information;
[2] When a typographical error or omission is discovered and the content is not corrected even after being advised to do so;
[3] Impersonating another person or using fictitious personal information to register as a member;
[4] The same person registering as a member multiple times;
[5] If the person wishing to register as a member is under the age of 10;
[6] The email address in the registration information is not in a state where it can be sent or received ;
[7] Allowing other registered users or third parties to use the password, or lending, transferring, buying or selling, pawning, etc.;
[8] If the service user is either an adult ward or a person under guardianship, and uses the service without obtaining the consent of the adult guardian or guardian in response to the application for use;
[9] If the Company determines that the service user is a member or related party of an anti-social force;
[10] Causing harm to other members or third parties;
[11] Interfering with the operation of the Service
; [12] Infringing on the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, patent rights, and know-how) of the Company, other members, or third parties;
[13] Using the Service to commit fraudulent acts or to use the Service by a person who has previously committed fraudulent acts and had their membership revoked
[14] Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company’s permission
[15] Violating these Terms and Conditions, except in exceptional cases such as when approved by the Company
[16] Violating public order and morals or laws and regulations
[17] Any other case in which the Company deems it inappropriate to become a Member
Article 8 (Distribution of Advertisements)
1. Advertisements for products, etc. are created based on materials provided by the product sales/providers, etc., and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for the contents of the advertisements, and the Member shall acknowledge this.
2. The Company may distribute information entrusted to the Member by email, etc. on behalf of the Advertiser.
3. The Company will distribute the information in the preceding paragraph through the Company’s own email distribution server, and will not provide the Member’s email address, personal information, etc. to the Advertiser.
Article 9 (Changes and Cancellation of Service Content)
1. The Company may change the terms and conditions, operating rules, or content of the Service without prior notice to the Member, and the Member shall agree to this. This change includes, but is not limited to, partial revision or abolition of the content of the Service.
2. The Company may suspend part of the Service without prior notice to the Member. 3. The Company shall not
be liable for any damage suffered by the Service User due to this change or suspension.
Article 10 (Temporary Suspension of Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice to the Member in any of the following cases. In
addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the Member or other third parties due to this.

[5] When the Company determines that it is necessary to temporarily suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons
[6] When the Service cannot be provided due to other reasons beyond the Company’s control
Article 11 (When moving to another site from a link of the Service)
1. If the service user accesses another company’s site via a link of the Service (including all advertisements, etc., regardless of the type of service) and uses the service of the other company’s site or makes any application, etc., the user shall do so at his/her own risk in accordance with the terms of use, etc. of the other company’s site.
2. Even if the service user accesses another company’s site via a link from this service (including all advertisements, etc., regardless of the type of service), our company shall not be liable for any trouble that occurs between the service user and the administrator of the other company’s site, the service user of the other company’s site, or any other third party, and if our company or a third party suffers damages due to this, the service user shall compensate for such damages.

Even if the service user accesses another company’s site via a link from this service (including all advertisements, etc., regardless of the type of service), our company shall not be obligated to compensate for any damages or losses incurred by the service user due to downloading, streaming, computer virus infection, etc. from the other company’s site.
Article 12 (Facilities, etc.)
1. The service user shall prepare the facilities (including but not limited to communication equipment, line contracts, provider contracts, etc.) necessary to use this service at his/her own expense.
2. The service user shall bear all communication costs incurred when using this service.
3. The service user shall connect to the server on which this service exists with communication equipment that he/she owns or has the right to use.
Article 13 (If a service user discovers a violation of the terms of use by another service user)
If a service user discovers any other service user’s actions that violate these terms of use, the user must contact the Company.
